F15 seat conversion

Does anyone know if you can put the F15 x5m front seats in the E70 x5m?

If possible you should get both fronts and rear seats so the design all hangs together, just not sure if the rear is a bolt on.


The front should more or less fit as the F15 is still based on the e70 platform from what i remember. The only way to tell is to try and bolt it up.

However not sure if the electronics will work as they may have different seat controllers that won't work with the e70 language unless maybe you use a cheater box. Like I used to get the F10 M5 steering wheel to work on my E70. Some seats especially the new ones with airbags and all that jazz are getting super complicated and just hooking up some wires ain't gonna work no more!

It can get complicated unless someone's already tried it. Be my guest to be the first to try.
