2008 X5 I Want To Go Mtec But Need You Help Please!!

hi guys i have a 2008 x5 4.8 i have a picture below i want to go mtec but dont exactly know what i need to do, thanks for your help in advance..

i know i need the following

1. back bumper
2. side runners
3. fender flares

now i dont know if i need to change only the bottom part of the bumper because the fenders and bumper are one piece or do i need to change everything please help...

The front fenders and front bumper need to be replaced if you want to make it look like the LCI M-tech in addition to the rear bumper and side skirts.
