2010 x5m

Looking for any good/bad/ugly on 2010 x5m's.

I'm going to go from an Aston Martin Vantage/Acura MDX combo for driving to one vehicle-the x5m seems kind of like a happy medium. Looking at one with low miles (9k miles) and just concerned about any nagging problems with this year? Any thoughts/info would be much appreciated.

14,000 miles.
Love mine.
One recall for a wiring harness.
Keeping the battery charged can be a bit of a pain, compared to other vehicles.
