E70 Fog light replacement

Anyone on the forum know how to replace the fog lights? I have a set of amber H11's that I want to swap with the stock white ones. I know how to pull out the plastic assembly underneath the lamps, but can't get my hand up underneath on the right side to do the job. The left side is no problem. There is a boxy part made by Bosch that is preventing me from getting my hand up to the light on the right hand side of the car.

I've seen the DIY on another forum, and that person must have very small hands. Any ideas on how to do the installation would be appreciated.

Actually, that guide is for an X6, which has its fog lights in a completely different location.

Still looking for an answer to my original question....

I searched around the internet and i found this, http://www.xoutpost.com/articles/x5/...mw-x5-e70.html

I don't know if it works and sound as easy as it is but i will give it a try, if anyone else here got it to work, can you upload a video, list a better procedure, or take a step by step picture, thanks. trying to replace the stock ones to a 3000k bulb or do a fog light hid conversion.

I saw that DIY before posting. I've got a 2010 model and that set of instructions from XOutpost won't work for the right side of my vehicle. Still looking for a definitive answer....
