Medium Mileage f70 35i

Today I'm looking at a 2013 35i today and was won dering what I might want to look for. It has 66k on it.

I have a fairly great deal of mechanical skills but certainly don't want a project car.
(I have a few corvettes for that hobby)..

Yesterday I drove a 2011 35i with 55k on it and it seemed to have a loud drive-line. is this typical? It seemed plenty responsive and tight handling.

Any pointers other things I should look at would be appreciated.
Here's my checklist

1. leaks (rack/driveline/valvecover/Coolant)
2. all functioning electronics (from heated seats to power mirrors to trans hold....)
3. driveline noise / performance
4. brakes
5. anyway to check if this thing burns oil?
6. RUST (I'm in the snow belt)
7. ? Please add.

I'm new to this forum and appreciate the terrific information that's led me to at least consider this car.. THANKS

Not much input here I suppose. The car has a thump that seems to go with tire rpm's.
it's not the brakes as it's consistent with or without the brakes applied.
Any Idea what this may be?
