Help with Combox / upgrades, 2011 e70 xDrive35i

Hi all,
I’m pretty sure this topic is well-covered in the forum, but I want to be sure I’m understanding what I’ve read.

I have a new-to-me X5 xDrive35i w/Sport Activity Package. Production date is 5/26/2010.

I have Bluetooth phone, USB and Aux in the center consol, and professional Nav (which I just updated). I do not have Bluetooth Audio. I don’t have “Software Update” showing under the Settings Menu. Below I’ve listed the options from the VIN look-up for my car.

Here are my questions:
1. I don’t have the Combox, correct?
2. If I did retrofit Combox, what exactly would be added to my car beside Bluetooth audio (I’ve seen the list of additions, but I don’t know if all apply to my car)?
3. Do I need anything besides the Combox or does my car already have everything else I need to make use of it?

Sorry for recapping a topic that’s been well-covered. There are a lot of variations over the years, so it’s hard to tell what’s applicable to my e70 or not.
