2013 X5 Lease... what do you think of this offer?

Looking at getting an X5 with no options except leather. Its going to be AW with Cinnamon leather. The dealer here is offering 5k down, and 575 a month. Is this a fair deal. We are looking to keep the payments low and wife does not care for all the extras. He said we are getting the 1500 holiday credit plus 7% off MSRP. Total MSRP is only 49k? Is this a fair deal... I mean no options at all.... not sure how much more I can negotiate or if I should shop around.

A truly basic X5 retails for $48,095 so $49K is pretty close to a basic. Invoice is $44,520 (as can be found on the BMWconfig.com website) here.. http://bmwconfig.com/BmwConfig/Config.aspx

$5K down is a bit much as others are getting in lower $3,700 in most cases. Ask for residual and money factor details and then we can tell you if it is a good deal. You can also simply search on this site and you will find a lot of other buyers deal details on here and other BMW forums

It doesn't seem like a great deal. Here's the BMW's Lease Special:

$499*/month for 39 months. $1,500 Holiday Credit and $750 Loyalty Cash included in payment.
Vehicle Registered outside N.Y.
• $499 First months payment
• $3,000 Down payment
• $0 Security Deposit
• $725 Acquisition fee
• $4,224 Cash due at signing
