I need to ask-- I will be replacing my 19 style 223's on my 2011 m spt pkg with style 299's 20's off of an x5m will they fit the rear hub?

Yes. I just did this last week. I had OEM style 215 rears from an x5m bored to fit my 2011 x5 5.0. Worked like a charm. Cost was $160 @ a machine shop.

I could not find a wheel shop in Boston capable of boring out a wheel. Machine shop was an hourly rate.

Just a note for this thread that it is important to have a true round and centered hub center for wheel balancing.
Most wheel balancing machines use the hub center rather than the lugs so the center needs to be true or the wheel won't balance. People that enlarge the holes by hand with dremels, grinders, etc and don't get it right likely ruin the wheel (or would have to have it machined out to an even larger size to get them balanced in the future). I thought about it but ended up just paying the local shop to do it. It was a high end wheel shop and they charged $40/wheel. Perhaps I could have found a cheaper place but they also gave me a discount on the mount/balance afterwards so it all worked out pretty well. -Rich
