Coding/ programming devices

Is there a device that can code and program my e70 2008 without me having to use a laptop and software? (UK based)

I didn't realize the foxwell can do some level of coding. I assume it's pretty high level stuff like battery programming etc?

Protools would probably be the best bet but this all kinda depends on the level of coding/programming you're looking for. What are you expecting to do with one of these tools?

Yes, it does battery coding, I deactivated my oil change interval notification when it maxed out, it does a decent amount of other things. I think it's great for basic use. Protools is next level, then the full ISTA/INPA suite, which frankly intimidates me.
