Techron & Waterwetter

Wondering if anyone has used Techron Fuel Injector cleaner as fuel additive to keep their injectors clean?
Or Waterwetter radiator addditive to lower engine temperature?

Techron is in the gas I buy from Chevron, so can't be of much help. The marketing ( on every pump) says helps keep Fuel injectors clean. about all I know.

I used it based on my mechanics recommendation for an older car showing signs of dirty injectors and it did indeed help. You can also buy Techron in concentrated form to accelerate the process.

I don't think I would use an additive like this on a new car if you are using premium from a reliable source like Chevron, Shell, Exxon-Mobil, etc.
