Where do I get the M wheel emblems?

Once they are taken off, how do I get them back on, any special product?

Any advice prior to dropping the wheels off?

I had the wheels for another BMW ('01 M Roadster) powdercoated, and the company handled all of that. They said the M emblems are not available at all from BMW, but there are a bunch of aftermarket resellers on ebay and they are just as good. They removed and threw away the old ones, and got new ebay ones and applied them after powdercoating the wheels.
