Sirius XM Radio Retrofit by Bimmer-Tech

We were told when we bought our 2012 X5 that it would "only cost about $100 at the dealer" to have the Sirius radio activated on our car. After calling the dealer and finding out it was going to be several hundreds of dollars, we tried to find a cheaper option. We found Bimmer-tech and the whole process was super quick and easy. They sent us an obd2 cable that we got in just a few days, set up the Skype call for the next morning, and had sirius playing in our car before lunch time. The whole skype process took about 20 to 30 minutes at most. They were super friendly and very nice. The Sirius retrofit also comes with a year of free satellite radio.
