Seeking advice x5 purchase.

Hello.,
I just paid off my n55 335i., and would like to purchase another BMW. My wife's daily driver is about run into the ground. So I am considering the amazing X5. But I'm not sure which model to buy., or year.

Ideally would like speed and performance and storage., possible 3rd row seats.
Daily driven 5 days a week(15-18k a year). Warranty maintenance not to worried best friend is a BMW master tech.

Considering 2011-2014 35i of the 35d
We live in Maryland so winter sucks at times.

Thanks for the advice !

^., I don't wanna buy brand new no need. Bought my 335i one year used saved a lot of money. I know the 2014 is current generation. But I prefer the look of last model.
Budget wise no more than 45k ideally(30-45k out the door.

2012 or 2013 M-Sport 35i with pretty low kms would probably be the best if you want something that drives well but better fuel economy but if that isn't the problem, 50i with M-Sport Pkg. I was able to get my 35i for 51kCAD sitting at 28,250km (17k miles), Executive Pkg/SideView Cameras with 2 more years warranty left on it.

$45k gets you a lot. A 2013 loaded 35i or 35d is in your grasp, with warranty.

When you say out the door does it include tax? If so what's your tax rate?

Thanks for the suggestions so far. I'm really leaning towards the 35d, not looking for speed. The 335i is fast enough.
I'm im MD tax rate is 6% plus tag/registration(6-700)

Loving my 2011 X5 35d. Great for road trips especially with the gas mileage.
