2013 35d nox code

Recently picked up a 35d, throwing the codes below. I searched and couldnt find much of anything regarding these codes. Where do I start?
  • DeNOx system efficiency: efficiency is to low in the range 1 code: 0042FC
  • DeNOx system efficiency efficiency at low code: 004D18

I had that come on before. Dealer changed my nox sensors under warranty

I was in the dealership for disabling the combox, they noticed it had a recall on nox sensor. They completed the work and indicated it could be the source of the codes indicated, code hasn't come back since.

What exactly did they replace/repair?
What part numbers are on the invoice?
