Speakers on X6

Hello everybody,

I'm waiting my new X6 35d (Delivery in april) and I'm looking for some information about the speakers on hifi system (not the 7 logic).
There are 12 speakers on the car, I know where there are but I need to now the exact dimension.
Could you help me about that?

I don't know the answer to your questions, but i would like to know where they are located, so if you could help me with that i would be very thankfull.

All speakers are visible with the exception of the two subs under the front seats. You cannot see them?

I got mine sound system hi fi professional

1 big speaker in front
2 under front seat (sub woofer)
2 speakers front seat
2 tweeters front seat
2 speaker back seat
2 tweeters back seat
2 speakers in back on cabin on each side

What about the standard sound system i didn't ordered the other ones cause in my mothers audi a5 the standard soundsystem sounds great

I think the audis have a good sound because they use BOSE for their sound system, and in my x6 i ordered the 310 watt system because I want to have a better sound and more bass, and for BMW i don't know what system they use for their sound system, the audis in the other hand have a great sound I agree.. but in the x6 i think you should have gone with a system

The standard system has less speakers (10 vs. 16), no digitial sound and only about 205 watts of power. Logic 7 has over 600 watts which is needed in a larger cabin to avoid blowing your speakers and provides ample sound at low levels. Power, speakers, speed volume control, and DSP make it well worth while.

The Professional system on BMWs is a Harman Kardon system. Not exactly sure what the standard system is though.

i have standard system and its just fine for me!

however my father have on his audi a6 allroad 2008 bose sound system and i must admit there is a difference and better sound,but not that much better, that i should regret any second because i didnt order it.

I think the type of sound system one chooses is a subjective thing so far as what quality and volume you want. Some folks want to hear every violin on Beethovens 5th others just the thumping on Snoop Dog. Me I want the mirrors to shake when I play Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
If it makes you smile then that's all that matters.

You made me smile haahahah ( no ofends) this is a matter of taste, but I want to the mirrors to shake but with ALL kinds of music because i love good music not one ganre but I go more with HOUSE etc..

standard system sux and so does the hifi ... go for the logic 7 if u have the money for it ... wish i knew that before
