Not sure if you're still looking but I just saw this one on the BMWUSA.com CPO page. Meets all your criteria and it's a 2012 (LED coronas). It stood out as it's spec'd almost identically to mine. And this combo (AW/Cinnamon) with M Sport rarely pops up, especially with the other options it has (Active Steering, Multi-Contour seats, 3rd row seating). I would know…spent nearly a year looking for it in a 50i.
