November 2010 X6 Money factor & residuals, help please
Can anybody get the November 2009 money factor & residuals on a 2010 12k/36 month X6 5.0 lease for me.
The X6 5.0 15k numbers are posted at http://www.ridewithg.com/index.php/2...november-2009/ I need the 12k numbers. My dealer did not tell me about the $2500 incentive for Novemeber which I did qualify for, when I called them they said it made no differnce as the money factor was higher for November (mine were based on Oct numbers when I ordered it). The money factor numbers were higher for Nov vs Oct 2009, but by how much I can't find on a 12k anywhere. I need the Nov 2009 numbers: residual and money factors based on a 12k and then I want to run the numbers myself to verify that what they are saying is valid. Dealers often play with the money factor numbers to do deals, so at a minimum they have to honor BMW's standard rate for the month I would assume (as a highpoint) ? Any help here would be graetly appreciated.

The money factor they used for my deal (October) was based on .0023 (a lower # was available in Oct), which was not that good.
But I need the 12k numbers to re-run the deal.

The money factor is the same no matter the miles.
For the residual, add 2% to the 15K mile residual to get the 12K mile residual. And add 3% to the 15K mile residual to get the 10K mile residual. So for you (12K miles/yr) the residual should be 60% and the money factor should be 0.00220 ... those are the November numbers. |
