Zimmerman = Brembo?

Ordered up some rotors for my 35d online. Heard good things about Zimmerman so that's what I ordered with z-coat. Got them delivered today, open up package and all I see are red Brembo boxes. Before I go opening up all the boxes does anyone know if this seems right or if someone has experienced this themselves?

Update: decided to open one box and they are for sure Brembo with the stamping and have z-coating. I really don't care about the brand name I'm more curious if Zimmerman is the same as Brembo. Part of me is thinking both are manufactured under the same roof and Zimmerman just brands it as their own.
