Quick pics and a list of mods!

Alright, so I got my X5 about a 10 days ago. Its my wifes car and it has already been through a lot.

Kids car seat is in, and the crumbs are all over already. Not to mention I was glueing something on the car seat, somehow ended up gluing my kids Croc to the seat! That was fun. got the shoe off but it left a spot of blue croc stuck to the seat. Guess Ill have to buy a new seat cover some time soon. Any one know any BMW salvage yards in LA?

Anyway on to the Mod's.

V1 Hardwire
Clear Corners
Matte Black Wrap - Chrome on the grill and the gray blades in the lower grills
Light Tail Light Smoke
Front Window Tint

Here are some quick pics from in the garage. Ill post up proper photos soon.

Thanks for looking

Do you have a link to the web site with the clear corners and part numbers? They look really nice!

Nice! I was thinking about painted reflectors, but the clear looks clean...

Any better shots of the rear with color? I'm thinking about smoking my tail-lights...

Appreciate the pics! This would be for the E70. I like how yours looks, but don't know how light or dark I want to go. Also, I don't know if I want to tint everything or leave the reverse lights exposed. Regardless, your wife's car is coming along nicely!

So here it is with the white cut out. What do you think. First is how it is now, second is photoshop'd.

Every Bimmer I'll ever own will be AW. HAHA!

As for the photoshop, it looks great completely covered as you have it now with the light tint. If I leave the white though, I think I'll go darker. If it doesn't work out too well, I'll just have them filled in with strips of the tint film...

Hey Boogey, The reflectors are cheap too $25! You wouldent want clear on the backs. Either tint like I did(or darker) or do matte black. Im thinking of doing mine matte black soon, cause I just dont like the red down there.

I actually wrapped them myself! Got some matte black vinyl from a local car wrapping place and went to it!

Takes a few tries to get it going but the end result was amazing! All you need is a heat gun, scissors/knife and the material.
