How does the PDC attach to the front bumper?

My sister hit a tire in her X5 and the PDC from the lower corner of the front bumper popped off (inward). I went to reattach it, but there are no clips or screws. Was it originally glued on there?

yes it was glued in from the factory. I had the same problem 5 days after I took delivery of the truck. The stealership tried to say I hit something that caused it. However I pointed out there was no scratches or indication of impact on the bumper. They tried to charge me $190 to replace. Nice try!! I unscrewed a few bolts in the fender liner and repaired myself in about 30 mins...
