Thumbs up So close... 2013 BMW X6 xDrive50i M Perf + upgrades

My local A/V shop took delivery of my new X6 50i yesterday while I'm out of town, thought I'd share some pics during the install.

It's Carbon Black, Black interior with Brushed Aluminum trim.

I'm having the blacked out Kidney Grills installed as well as a spoiler (painted Carbon Black), Escort 9500ci radar detector/jammer (custom display installed in rearview mirror), and a JL Audio TW-5 Shallow Mount 13" sub with a JL Audio HD750 amp in a custom sealed enclosure in rear hatch floor (I have run flats, so this will go in spare tire location).

I have the black fog light covers enroute from a friend in Germany and plan to black out the rest of the grills as well.

I arrive home this Friday - it can't come soon enough! Enjoy the pics!

Thanks MaxRulz! How's the exhaust sound? (can't wait to hear it!) Can you tell a difference with the M Perf package regarding power?

Hawkeye, can your installer take pics of how he is punching through the firewall and mounting the electronics in the dash?? I'm thinking of a STir Plus and already have a Laser Interceptor Quad, the mirrors with the built in displays are interesting as well.

Thanks in advance, I'm sure others would be interested also!

The exhaust is amazing! I tend to open my windows a lot now before I start up

I haven't driven a 50i before, my last car was a 335 so not sure how it stacks up against stock. It's certainly a awesome performer though

More pics - this is the custom Escort 9500ci install done by http://www.radar-mirror.com.

My installer worked directly with them (they're West Coast, I'm on East Coast). I bought full system from them - my installer sent them my mirror - then they sent back full install kit with my mirror completed and my installer put in X6. Awesome!

Here's the integration of the control module for 9500ci. The other knob is to control bass from JL Audio sub/amp. Totally concealed in ash tray!
