Alpine White M Sport - detailing complete
I think this does it - everything I wanted to do is now done. Time to just drive & enjoy it
I purchased this X5 last August and noticed right away the paint needed work, but with a Seattle fall/winter approaching, I wasn't going to spend the effort/time/money until spring to make it look good. Now that spring is here, I had the work done this past weekend. I've always done my own detailing, but this time I paid a shop to do - didn't want to spend my entire weekend doing the work and wear myself out. Plus I had a few other things done to it. Work done - -All original film/clear bra removed (was heavily faded/yellowed) -Front windows tinted to match the stock/factory tint on the rear windows -Full exterior detail - hand wash, full clay bar, machine polish, wax/sealant, + wheel cleaning/sealant & interior 'spiff' Yes it's mostly stock, I'm not a big mod guy. The only things I did were - -X5M steering wheel -iND painted front reflectors (which finally match now that the old film is removed) -OEM silver coated/amber blinking halogen front indicator bulbs -Execuhitch -Tinted front windows -Custom coding iPhone pics...sorry not the best quality - |

No new pics - it looks exactly the same other than I now have iND painted rear reflectors, and only because one of the original red OEM ones broke and fell off.
Just detailed it again, but did it myself. I got lazy 2 years ago when I paid a shop, that was a one-time deal! |
