Recommended X5 diesel independent shops in NJ

I noticed that there's barely any shops familiar with diesels turbo issues. 3 declined to fix the truck. (maybe looking at wrong places). Any recommendation? I have a used car warranty. Tired of wasting $$$ going to the dealership for service just to tell me that the warranty wouldn't pay for a check engine issue and still get charged $150 for diagnostics. Funny how they use the term "diagnostics" plugging on OBD and charge $150.

Elite Motors in NJ. Sam, the owner, has oem bmw diagnostic tools and is very well knowledged.
