Used low mileage X5 M...warranty needed?

I’m in the market for a used E70. I found a 2013 with 18k miles. Loaded with light package, executive package, comfort acces, and it’s 1 owner. The asking price is 43k. Is that a fair price, and is a warranty mandatory with the low mileage?

I have 65k on mine, CPO ran out a few months ago.

If you can budget a couple thousand a year for repairs, then that's cool. Some years it'll be trivial, some years it'll be very expensive.

The warranties are like 8k, so its up to you.

Honestly, most of the major repairs have been recalled or warrantied by BMW lately.

All of the engine vacuum hoses and fuel sensors are common repairs

That’s good to know. For another 10k I could have a 2015.
