DTC light flashes when going over speed bump

Wondering if any of you guys are experiencing the same issue. When I go over a large speed bump, always on the downward side, the DTC light flashes for a few seconds, then goes out, all else appears normal. Not going fast, if I go over real slow it's all fine

Sounds like a loose connection - had it happen on previous car - just needed a few minutes in the shop. I was out of warranty but they did not charge.

Hi Mate I have this too on my 2008 3.5d, any speed bump always coming down, spoke to my service centre about this - they considered this normal.

Can you feel if there is a loss of power at all? When its on, try to speed up some and see if it is just normal DSC function which will cut power if it senses loss of traction. If the power is not cut, you might have them look at the switch for loose connection but sounds normal.

just hold the DTC button down for about 10 to 15secs and the DTC will shot off all the way and that light wont come back up and you will not lose any power!!!
ill do a video and post it soon.

This is not an "issue" most cars will do it just depends on how sensitive the traction control system is. In a GTR you go over pretty much any bump while full throttle and the car dies for a second or 2, also over speed bumps it hesitates after.
