x5m turbo vent hose

I am new to this forum but not to M family. My first x5m. Today I took the car to the dealer and they told me I need to replace both of my turbo vent hose which is located above the intake manifold under the front plastic cover. Parts cost $609, then I was also told since we are in Texas, I might have to replace them again because of the heat. Anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

part numbers are 13717848152 and 13717848151

check getbmwparts.com - those 2 should cost $239 and $182

I did check it out. Thanks. Parts.com is a bit cheaper. Is this a common issue with these cars?
