Coding Magic

Got my X5 coded to allow me to close the rear tail gate while sitting in the front seat. I saw a movie last year in which BMW 535i wagon was racing down the highway and the driver was able to close the tailgate on the fly. Always wondered why we couldn't do that with our X5s and now I can.

Did you get the remote coded to do the same? Different setting in the HKL module.

I guess so. Today when I went to the grocery store I opened and closed it using the remote. I also got the digital mph indicator added so now I know exactly how fast I'm going regardless of what the needle shows.
