Wheels Locks on BMW x6?

Dear Fellow X6 Owners.
I just bought a new set of BMW winter tire sets (Was using the Ferric Gray BMW OEM 215 wheels), when I tried to unscrew the wheel stud, now matter what I tried I could not do it. Does any of you know weather there is a wheel lock for our X6?

Thanks guys,

Have you ever change your wheel before. I believe your wheel lugs been tighten with pneumatic Air Gun. There is no way you can unscrew that even with a longer handle wrench. You need to bring it the tire shop to get it undone by a pneumatic air gun. Just tell them not to over tighten the lugs. Only tighten it by hand or set it at 105 ft/lb. For E71 X6 14mm lug = 105 ft/lb by hand. A airgun bang it in at 300 ft/lbs and there is no way you can unscrew that by hand.

Hope the information help. Good luck.

I had to purchase wheel locks for mine, most likely like audioquest says they have been over tighten.

If yours came with wheel locks, the key would be in the trunk.
