Hi, I am looking for All Seasons Tires (non-run flat) for my bmw x6 3.5i and I have been recommended to get so many different tires that I am completely confused on what to get. Any help?

Has anyone heard from Continental if they are going to start producing these again?
You can't find them anywhere right now...back order back order etc. No production date in sight either. |

flipside, I notice that you are driving a 2011 X6.
I am wondering what you did with your stock Dunlop Runflat? It should still be fairly new. I am thinking about selling mine and switch to Continental. Do you know how easy these things sell? |

I don't know anyone who would by the POS run flats. Maybe your dealer so that they can screw a customer that needs one.

I bet you can sell them. Anyone who is leasing needs to put RFTs back on at lease turn-in. Also anyone who wants to CPO their vehicle. In the next couple of years, I bet there will be a few folks looking for a deal on slightly used RFTs for this very reason.

Mine is leased, so they're in storage until the lease is up.

I like the convenience of RFTs and I dont dislike the ride either and they are relatively quiet, the 1st generation RFTs were not that good I agree but the recent bridgestones coming on the Xs are pretty good .....I am wondering what you guys plan to do when you get a flat in the middle of no where...?

I live in Columbus, Ohio....and I had to go in Indiana to get them....You can get the back tires ordered from anywhere...it's the front tires that of course are hard to get. they had found some dispursed throughout the country...

I ordered mine last week as well. I ordered them from Discount Tire (local store) and they first told me the front tires were on backorder. But he called me today and said he found some from a different local distributor. They get in this week and I have an installation appointment Saturday. If you're looking for for these and can't find them it may be worth a try. I hope they live up t the hype....
