Buying new 2011 X5...pricing tips?
My mother is looking to get out of her 2004 X5 3.0 with 200,000 miles and get a new 2011. I told her I'd lend a hand in trying to score a good deal.
What type of deals are people getting in relation to invoice price? I know on the E90s, most are getting near or at invoice. Her preliminary thoughts are to go with the 3.5i premium in Black Sapphire, cinnamon leather and cold weather (says she doesn't care about any of the other options). This would be for a purchase, not lease. Thanks. |

I'd say shoot for $500 over invoice and go from there. I think this time of year (Winter) and how many or how few your dealer has on the lot will make a difference as well.
Are you (Mother) planning to order? |

Kevin...would you be willing to come to NJ to purchase the X5? If so I can get you the vehicle for 7% off MSRP which comes to about $500 over invoice. PM for the contact details.
