I had a bad experience with Crevier but I'm sure it depends on who is your CA.

I can recommend Tina Swistak at Sterling BMW / Newport Beach, she was great to work with and very responsive - price was about same as eric's.

Eric, who was your CA? We are looking to do an order there on a new X5 as well. I stared my offer at $750 over invoice but would go up to 1k if things felt right.

Same here, I had a bad experience with Crevier. I try to order my x5 from Crevier just because it's close to my house, and they offer free car wash if you buy your car from them.
After we sit with CA and get the option, price.... The CA told us the price need to be at least $1800 above invoice. So we just walk away and call Sterling BMW / Newport Beach. Fred who is the CA in Sterling BMW and he is really a nice guy.
The price we pay is much better than $1800 above invoice.

I just picked my X5 35i Sports activity from Philippe Kahn at Southbay BMW. I got a great deal and the entire process and service was excellent. This is the second car I have purchased from him and I couldn't recommend him enough. PM me and I can give you his number and my name so he will take care of you

Hey,

My sales guy was Frank. I got my X5 3.5 sport from him back to May and yes, i paid $1000 over the invoice becasue the 2011 model was just out about 1 month. Back then, most of the dealer didn't really have cars avail.

Anyhow, my friend got his 2011 535 at Creiver too. He got it from Paul (I was with him). Paul is not a big sales guy like Frank. Maybe that's the reason for me to felt Paul's service was a bit better than Frank. Paul even answered all the questions that I didn't have a chance to ask Frank.

Let me know if you need any help. Or if you want to same deal as my, I'll call Frank or Paul for you. They both know me.

Eric

I bought cuz BMWFS had 1.9% APR for up to 6 years... Also the residual was low on 35i basic (like 57%) making it less attractive than lease for 50i....

2011 X5d Purchase Sooon!

menace, have you picked up your X5 yet? I am currently in the market for one as well, I got a few offers from various dealers here in So Cal.. For the following package, I received an offer for approx 8k off MSRP.

Premium package, Cold weather package, Technology package, running boards, roof rails, 3rd row seats, Rear seat entertainment.

Let me know if this is a good deal, also, how vital is the Adaptive Drive option for this car? Do most of you guys get it? It seems a bit expensive!
