mine is still on a truck headed to the dealer and I'm excited (wonder if it's the same truck that delivered yours).

This makes me look old, but one of the worst days of my life was after I had ordered one of the first Datsun 240Z's back in 1972. It had created the most incredible excitement in the automotive press -- "Jaguar E-Type for the price of a Triumph", etc. It was the first really exciting car I had ever owned. I paid FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS for it, nearly six months salary, and I waited almost three months for it. It arrived the day I was leaving for a three-week vacation to England. The dealer, bless him, went in to work on the Sunday that I returned just so he could deliver my car to me. Man, was I king of the hill that day!

ooooh, but you know you can have low APR, some lease payments thrown in, or a discount off MSRP.

It all comes out in the wash. Right up there with free gas.

Well it is going to be tomorrow evening before I get to pick up my X6 because they had 12 new cars to deliver ahead of mine and could not get it prepared in time today.

I took some pics of it fresh off the truck before they detailed or removed plastic. I will post those in next reply. Need to go download off camera.

Unfortunately, not the same truck. It was empty after they dropped off 8 vehicles to my dealer.

I don't actually pick it up until tomorrow night because the dealer could not get it cleaned up and inspected in time after it was delivered by enclosed truck.

I will post some clean pictures and thoughts later this week.
