That's the problem, the Firm is claiming the sound is normal in which I strongly disagreed. Has anyone experience a noise like that in any engine?

Def. not normal. You should try to press them or go to another firm.

it doesn't sound like an internal engine component... It sounds like something different.. like an external bearing.. like a bearing in the Alternator, A/C compressor or one of the many pulley bearnings... my .02 from listening...

Not normal indeed, if the dealer told you that's normal, they are dumb. Tell them to get a comparison side by side with one of their cars on their lot, I guarantee that it's not the same as they so called "normal"

If they won't , tell them that you will move to another dealer for your maintenance and other things and give them a bad review

Lol of course I made sure we compared another X6 with the same engine to mine. Now they are telling me that the turbo needs to change

And.... Another problem showed up "DSC & Xdrive failure"

Awww, teh Turbo :x

Well in the long run, its great to replace stuff especially the turbo if you are going to be keeping the car when the warranty expires

In Trinidad a Standard BMW X6 cost $950,000 TT which is $148,400 US. This is my second X6 and i'm truly disappointed with the service i'm getting from my local Dealers.
