Head Gaskets for S63/N63? BMW offers 2 thicknesses

I wonder why BMW would make or offer two different thicknesses for the same motor confirmations..

0.75mm and 1.05mm

I wonder why?
That would lower compression for higher boost maybe?
Anyone have a clue?

I would assume its to be able to keep the same compression ratio if you have the heads/block resurfaced. If you look down below they say 1.05 (+0.3), so the 0.75 should be factory.

or you can run a bigger gasket to go higher boost. lol
but yes, likely for headwork but surprised BMW would make a separate part for a rare edit, not like BMW dealers can even do headwork like that..
