I cannot get the original idrive screen to show. I have everything connected correct. I have CIC and green CAN A is connected to purple CAN C. And purple CAN B is connected to purple CAN 1. Exactly how the instructions have it.. The green fiber optic cable is also connected back into the back correctly. So what's up? How do I fix this?
I've tried everything:
- made sure the green and purple cables are connected correctly.
- changed the CCC type from A to B multiple times
- changed the car type to match mine
What else is there? I need the functionality of the original idrive menu to access my car info

Hey anyone have the touch feature stop working? I suspect that Parkview BMW fubared things up when they did the airbag recall install. Is there any wiring that would cause the touch function not to work? I can still scroll through using the idrive control, but can't input anything to the navigation etc.

Do you have a video or instructions on how to as I thought it had to be done by touch in the settings tab.

I noticed on avinusa they have the wireless adapter available. Has anyone tried that and if so thoughts? It's about $99 and thought it may be worth it. The USB doesn't charge my phone through avinusa dongle well at all. Figure I can plug it in to the normal USB to get charged and connect wireless to the avinusa unit.

2: When Switching from the Android interface back to CIC, for some reason, it always opens the CIC unit with the "Split Screen Menu" option. Hey there, I know this was a while a go but im wondering if you ever found or managed to fix the issue where the idrive controller was controlling both the OEM iDrive and the Android screen at the same time?

I too am having this problem on my newly installed android screen in my 2012 F10 (CiC Pro Nav)

I am also having a problem getting the steering wheel track selection wheel to work. It doesnt seem to do anything at all.
