X5 30D - Strange idle noise

Hey guys,
Looking for some help in identifying a strange noise my X5 has developed in the last day. It's a xDrive30d and the noise seems to happen on hot idle - i can't be sure because it's only happened once so far.

It seems to be coming from the rear of the engine and you can see in the video below that there is a hose that seems to be moving in what i consider a 'suspicious' manner - not sure if its related or not.

Any help would be great!
