X6 Air Conditioning

I was wondering if anyone could help me. Whenever i start up my X6 the air conditioner in the front and the rear seats turn on automatically and i have to turn them off. Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening?

That a standard feature in all BMW's...you might wanna ask your dealer if they can turn it off

In my current BMW (with iDrive), the car always remembers what settings I had used last (before I turned the engine off and removed the key/remote from the charging socket...). So next time I get back into the car, it uses the same settings for the radio, climate control, seat position/mirror position, etc.

When my wife drives the car (she has her own key/remote, as soon as she unlocks the car, it 'configures' the car with her settings. Once I unlock the car, everything goes back to my settings (including the climate control).

So I don't have the issue you are describing, however you may need to check if there is a setting you need to enable to program or remember your last settings in your key. Otherwise, I would suggest you talk to your dealership and have them look at it!
