Do you start it up and let it idle in the garage?
If so maybe put clean cardboard under the rear end and see if it is a startup thing. As StatenEye said, it could just be condensation/soot. Check your oil level change (over several hundred miles) to see if you're losing oil. Also have someone follow you and check for dark exhaust under strong acceleration. If losing oil or have dark exhaust then you might need engine work.
