Velos Stage II X5M Vs Ripp superchaged SRT
A good buddy of mine has the ripp kit on his 2014 SRT Jeep. As you can imagine, being friends, both having performance SUV's we're already suddenly inching towards a battle of the big's race.
At the end of the day I think he'll probably outrun me as the RIPP trucks generally trap about 2 or 3 mph more than the AA or Velos flashed trucks seem to but it should make for a good time. If it isn't a spurt of the moment thing, ill be sure to take my gopro. Your thoughts?

Both the SRT8 and X5M are fast from the factory, but I'm sure the SRT8 will net bigger gains after upgrading from NA to FI than you will going from stock to tuned. Difference is your engine is stock FI and it was designed that way, so ultimately you'll likely have more engine longevity.

I recently went to a track rental for a local SRT8 shop (A.D. Motorsportz) that had a ton of MK1 & MK2 Jeeps. Bolt on MK2's were running high 12's/low 13's in the 106-107 range. I'm thinking a blower setup would put them in the high 11's range and low/mid teens. It's probably a drivers race and should be pretty close. The only trucks that beat me were MK1's with big turbo/blower setups and I was pretty much even with a camm'd MK1 with all bolt-ons. For aftermarket forced inductions setups, the make or break difference is in the tune. Good luck and report back
