Disabling daytime running lamps

Does anyone know how to disable and turn off the daytime running lamps on an 05-06 X5 4.8is?

Ive looked everywhere, but can't seem to find how to do this or if it can even be done

only dealer can do that ...

umm I can actually do that on both my X6 and the family's X5

info menu > vehicle settings > lights > daytime running lamps > off/on

i do it on both cars

the X6 has navi but the X5 doesn't and they totally function the same
