No BT or Camera after Radio-CD Change

Hi Guys.

This is a great forum and this is my first post.
I helped my father changed his Radio for an X5 3.5i 2013
The original Radio didn't play CD anymore and the local dealer charge us $2.7k to change the radio...
So we get a radio from eBay on a damaged X5.
The radio is that we got was the part 1637288 for the X5 10-13

But when the put the new radio, everything works, but no Bluetooth is working and the rearview camera doesn't work.

We put back the original radio, with no working CD and BT and camera works.

Put back the new one and no BT and Camera again.

Do we need to make any kind of upgrade to the system to recognize de new radio?
