If you have the optional spare there are many good choices. If not and feel like you need to stick with run flats there are few.
I am going with the Michelin Latitude Alpin this winter. Mainly cause I generally stick with Michelin and second cause I don't have a spare. |

Bridgestone Blizzaks are a good choice for run flats. I have also used Dunlop Grandtreks with good results. Of the two I thought the Blizzaks performed a bit better in snow, but were a bit noicier on dry pavement.

I ride on Contis ExtremeContact DWS all year round. I've been in deep snow and icy roads with them, highly recommend them if you're looking for some solid all-around tires. They're very quiet and great on wet roads too.
