Looking to purchase a 2012 BMW X5M

Hi guys! I found a 2012 X5M with ~31k miles. Was hoping someone here may have access to Manheim? I plan on giving the dealer a call tomorrow, so I'd like to be as best prepared to negotiate. Dealer has it listed for $42k, which I think is a bit high. I think a fair price is around $35-37k?

I posted this on the E70 forum as well, but not sure how active it is there.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

I don't see anything similar to that even listed on manheim...
