Agressive tires?

Ok....this question will have strange results. First off I am Originally from Montana and love my trucks. I am Active duty Army 13 years and am currently in Germany. I have purchased a 2009 X6 35i.

I have been having dreams of my X6 clad in some low profile off road style tires such as the Nitto Terra grappler or the dune grappler. I have researched the sizes they come in and think that there should be no issues. (Except that suspension on the front comes over the top of the tires limiting the height of the tire.)

285/50/20

I would not do this here in Germany as the tires do not come in High enough speed ratings for the Autobahn and I have two sets of brand new tires now...high performance Summer and All season M+S.

But for the states where I will never see over 100Mph I think that it could look very cool.

I do not plan to offroad it like a truck but will need to get it down into my fishing hole, and to the trail head for hunting camp.

If some one could photo shop it on a space gray X6 with Black 20" stock rims it would be very cool.

let me know what you think...really you will not hurt my feelings I know it will be a love hate thing, but hey that's the way people feel about the X6 anyways.

I guess this is what happens when a country boy buys and X6.

Check with Hartge.
They have a Offroad modification for the X5 E70. I believe they raise the suspension by 40mm.
Contact them and see if they can do the same with the X6.
