Hi Justin, out of curiosity. Is there any new developments for E70? or any new version coming up?

Can't help but observe that you keep asking for updates when the current version is pretty damn robust and reliable. What additional changes are you looking for?

As others have asked. What exactly would you be looking for? Are you having any issues with the current map version?

No no don't misunderstand, it's out of curiousity. Because the initial tempo was fast so suddenly it slows down, so was wondering whether is the ots version has reached it's finest development.

Yes custom tune is what's best for the car but it's hard to determine without actually having the finest limits reached via OTS isn't it.

No expectation of additional changes but it's just asking, unless you're not keen in updates or further developments to see how much can be done for OTS

It's just asking and if I sounded demanding than I apologize but nevertheless, my preference is to try OTS at its finest and decide should we take it a notch further for custom.

Fair enough bro! You did not sound demanding.

Unless you run meth or inlets or want max performance the OTS maps work very well.

As mentioned prior when MHD was first released. OTS maps will continue to get updated as i find more power, as i find smoother application of hard parts via software, and etc. There will also continue to be other feature updates in the MHD app itself outside of the actual OTS tunes.

However, feature updates are done by an "As Needed" over an "as wanted" basis. Just know that we here at MHD are CONSTANTLY working to improve the quality of the MHD experience as a whole. And stuff like this is VERY difficult to impossible to give ETA's on software and firmware updates. So don't think we don't see your questions about eta's and etc. Its just hard to give them due to the nature of this stuff. So we rather not give an ETA and miss the date.

Thanks for this great tuning tool on my E71, it's insane even on stage 1 91oct stock.
I can finally go head to head with my wifes 328i lol.
Feels a lot lighter. Only thing I dislike so far (and it's probably normal) is the overexagerated engine sound when driving normally. It almost feels like the engine is having a hard time accelerating slowly compared to full on.
I had flash the ACN91 tune by mistake and the feel was even worst. Much better with the regular 91oct stage 1.
Also, is it normal that the burble effect doesnt work? I'm a rookie at all this tuning things and just wondering if i need to have catless pipes or whatever upgrades for the burbles sound.
All in all, pretty happy with the tune, thanks Justin!

Glad to see you're enjoying the tune. Burble tends to be very faint on Automatics. Even moreso on stock exhaust vehicles. I have seen that increasing the duration helps a bit with the loudness, but i don't recommend running long durations.

Ok, maybe ill just disable it. On a side note, twice this morning, my rpm went to around 800 when stopping at a red light and then back down to 650.
At one point it even dipped lower than 650 and i could feel a shake similar to a car stalling.
Is it the symptoms of misfires at idle? Im only on stage 1. Car is a 2011 X6 xdrive 35i with 47000km ( 30k miles?).
Plugs and coils all original, is it a possible problem with a stage 1 tune?
I never experienced a single idle problems before now.
Had the tune for 4 days, first time I see this...not sure if I should be worried or not.
Thanks!!
