These will not work for x5m unless you code out the edc and remove the modules and convert the rear air bags to springs.

I didnt think all X5M/X6M came with rear bags, if thats the case i might have to buy this module. Unless i do springs i guess.

Are the rubber spring mounts an OEM part from the non air bad x5?

If converting all you'll need is a replacement spring and the rubber mounts. For coilovers they will have custom mounts for the rear.

I've been running the coilovers now for a few weeks with long drives on the highway along with some towing duties. At first the springs were a bit bouncy for my taste however it seems to have improved over time. Overall the ride quality is comfortable on the highway and handled fine with about 600lbs on a small trailer. Large bumps still feel a little unstable but I think with some adjusting I can get that dialed in as I haven't touched the dampening for the past couple weeks. Anyone in San Antonio TX area is welcome to try it in person just hit me up.

Pull the trigger and installed a set of bc without swift 14k front and 12k rears, I will let the ride settle and report back.
As for now The ride is comfortable but soft for my taste when pushed hard, I will play with the dampening and see if I can make it ride better .

When I place the order my plans where to go 16k front and 14k rear but bcracingcoilovers assured me that 14k/12k should be find hopefully going with the standar rate isn't a mistake.

Settings
Height: 30" 4 corners
Dampening: 22 clicks F and 16 click R from soft
Preload: 7mm

Front definitely needs to be stiff with these coilovers. I’ll be curious to hear your thoughts once they have settled. I actually just put mine up for sale in the classifieds as I’m going to try yet another setup.

Did you go with Swift springs?
