2011 x5 glow plug help

Hi I’m scanning a glow plug #6 open circuit.i replaced the glow plug and glow plug controller unit as well the problem is still the same . I measured the voltage on the wires cirst 1&2 always show 7.3-5 the rest of the plug show low voltage when I press ignition switch on they all jump to 10.50 more or less....
Is there anything else I can do before going to The dealer

Is anyone ever removed the plastic box behind the glow plug controlled unit is the wire from glow plugs just pass by that box or it’s connected somewhere in that box
