Up for sale is my 2008 X5 4.8i. The vehicle was purchased on 3/11/2011 from Vista BMW in Florida with 33,941 miles. Currently it has 73,000 miles.

The vehicle is in excellent condition and comes with BMW CPO warranty which expires 2/15/2014. It is completely loaded with every option available in 2008.

Currently OEM Black Staggered Style 215 wheels are mounted on the vehicle with Dunlop Summer Performance Run Flat tires. Front tires will need to be replaced. Rear tires have some life left but not much.

I also have OEM Style 214's and I just installed brand new Continental DWS for the coming winter. I can include these with the sale for additional $2000

Both wheels have TPMS and BMW center caps.

CPO warranty expires 2/15/2014 which is transferable to the new owner.

Recent Maintenance:
New battery installed and recoding done
New Control arms and sway bar links
4 wheel Alignment
Oil Change
Oil Pressure sensor replaced

Car is mechanically perfect. Just spent close to $2000 dollars on the above maintenance work. Interior is in perfect condition. Everything works as it's suppose to.

KBB Values @ 73,000 Miles
Excellent - $29,200
Very Good - $28,500
Good - $27,700.

Above values does not include a lot of the options like Active Steering, Heads-up Display, Rear Enternainment and BMW CPO warranty.

I am looking to get $29,900 with Style 215's which I think is pretty reasonable and for additional $2,000, I'll throw in the 214's with brand new DWS's.

That is one fully loaded truck! You missed the Rear Entertainment System in your description, and it was a $1700 option You should also say that your truck as Adaptive Drive, as its much sought after
