19" winter options for X5M

what are some nice options for an extra set of 19" wheels for my dad's x5m mainly for use in the winter. He thinks he wants them black, but they dont have to be..just looking for something nice on the car. he looked OEM and its not cheap, so im thinking aftermarket or replica. and the car is Monte carlo blue if that helps with the decision..thanks!

You should check if 19's will fit over the brakes, they are quite big. The stock wheels up front seem to have very little gap from brake to rim

i didn't believe it when i first heard (due to the fact that it looks like there is like zero room in-between the OEM 20's and the front calipers to begin with) but supposedly the OEM winter option from BMW made specifically for the X5M/X6M are 19": http://www.bmw.ca/ca/en/owners/acces...ies_298_m.html

Yup. The BMW X5M specific winter wheel & tire set is the only 19" wheel I know of that clears the X5M brakes & calipers. I have them. Other than that some other X5M owners use the OEM 20" wheel w/ a set of winter tires & buy 21" summer wheels & tires. I personally like the look of the BMW specific winter set.
