I would assume yes if you bring it in the dealer for warranty work relating to the engine, although they still have to prove that the tune caused the problem in the first place. I would suggest getting the BT tool with it so you can scan codes before warranty/dealer work, eliminates most of the "is it coverred" or warranty void issues.

Anyone with a 2011 X5D JDB tuned seen MPG increase?
